Pine Street Jam
April 20, 2013 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Downtown Inverness, Inverness
It’s the Pine Street Jam……and we’re not talking Mama’s preserves either! We’re talking jammin’ in the streets of downtown Inverness. Saturday, April 20th, on the corner of North Pine and Main Street (next to Coach’s Restaurant and Pub), the street will be closed and transformed into an outdoor concert scene.
From 4pm until 11pm, you can enjoy this FREE street party with live music from three kickin’ bands. Opening will be the local Inverness band, “This Day’s Age” followed by “The Sweet Escape”. At 7pm, downtown will roar as the “Big Engine” band takes over the stage to rock you into the night. “Big Engine” is Florida’s Number One Rock n’ Roll Band.
Pine Street is located in the heart of Historic Inverness, so you can check out Inverness restaurants, bars and shops. Liquid refreshments will be available street-side with all net proceeds from the beverage sales to go to the Boys & Girls Club of Citrus County.
And let’s have a quick nod to our major sponsors, Great Bay Distributing and Coach’s Pub & Restaurant. Your support of our sponsors is appreciated, as it will help support the City in providing additional events for your enjoyment.
So Saturday, April 20th, make it a plan to Rock on from 4pm-11pm. It’s the Pine Street Jam in downtown Inverness. Live music & free admission-An event you can’t afford to miss!
